Please note that the following conditions were agreed at the point of purchase:

Palletised Deliveries

  • Packages must be checked thoroughly BEFORE you accept any product or delivery.
  • Any products with visible damage you MUST REFUSE.
  • By signing and accepting delivery, you confirm goods arrived in good condition. We cannot accept responsibility for transport damage after this point.
  • If the driver will not wait, please refuse delivery and we will rebook.

Express Deliveries

  • Parcel service deliveries — driver will not wait for inspection.
  • Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
