1. Goods Being Sold
1.1 By placing an order, the Customer confirms that the purchase is made in the course of business and not as a consumer. The Customer agrees that consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, does not apply.
Therefore, we are not obligated to offer refunds or accept returns, even if items are unused.
1.2 We always aim to ensure all product information on this website is as accurate as possible. All product images are for illustrative purposes, and occasionally dimensions, colours, or features may differ once the product has been delivered. While we make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions reflect the real product, there may be differences due to product redevelopment or manufacturing methods. Quatrone (AAM Appliances Ltd) is not liable for any inaccuracies.
1.3 Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all product specifications, descriptions, and details before completing their purchase. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product information provided.
1.4 Before accepting delivery, you must ensure that the product delivered is as originally described. Accepting delivery confirms that the product matches the description on our website.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices listed are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
2.2 Prices are correct at the time of listing and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 If a pricing or description error occurs, Quatrone (AAM Appliances Ltd) is not obligated to honour the incorrect listing.
2.4 All orders may be subject to additional credit or security checks.
3. Delivery
3.1 Free-of-charge delivery is restricted to England and Wales. Delivery to Scotland is postcode-dependent and confirmed at checkout. The Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland, and international shipments may incur additional carriage charges and extended delivery times. Orders under £75 (excluding VAT) will incur a charge of £7.99 + VAT.
For Northern Ireland and international deliveries, an XI-EORI/EORI number is required. Failure to provide this may result in additional charges. (Pallet deliveries only.)
3.2 Delivery is kerbside to a ground-floor location. Delivery typically takes place between 7:30am and 6:30pm, although couriers may arrive outside these hours. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning. Customers must ensure appropriate equipment (e.g., pump truck, forklift) is available.
3.4 Delivery timeframes are estimates and may change due to stock availability or additional checks. We are not liable for delivery delays.
3.5 Do not arrange installation before delivery and inspection. We are not responsible for any resulting costs.
3.6 We are not liable for any loss of profit or business interruption arising from delivery delays.
3.7 Customers must ensure items fit within the premises. Any failed delivery due to access issues will be charged to the Customer.
3.8 Redelivery fees apply (£50 + VAT per pallet, £24 for parcels) if delivery cannot be completed.
3.9 Any delivery restrictions must be communicated prior to dispatch.
3.10 All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
3.11 We reserve the right to complete orders via partial delivery. Undelivered items may be refunded if necessary.
3.12 Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.
3.13 We are not liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect deliveries.
3.14 Next-day delivery is subject to availability. If unavailable, delivery charges will be refunded, but the order remains valid.
3.15 Next-day delivery is not available in certain regions.
3.16 Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Orders are processed from an external warehouse.
4.2 Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Within 1 hour: 5% fee
After 1 hour: 25% fee
After dispatch: 25% + courier charges
4.3 Return delivery charges:
Parcels (up to 30kg): £12 + VAT
Pallets (over 30kg): £55 + VAT
4.4 Refused deliveries will be treated as cancellations.
5. Damaged Shipments
5.1 Goods are covered by transit insurance.
5.2 Pallet deliveries must be inspected before acceptance. Acceptance confirms goods are in good condition.
5.3 Parcel deliveries must be reported within 24 hours.
5.4 Photographic evidence is required.
5.5 Original packaging must be retained.
6. Returns
6.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Customer covers return costs
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after inspection.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refunds require approval and are processed within 7–14 days.
7.2 Next-day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.
7.3 Out-of-stock items may be replaced, refunded, or issued as store credit.
8. Disputes
Providing false information may result in legal action.
9. Installation and Usage
All installations must be carried out by qualified professionals. Failure to do so voids warranty.
10. Warranty and Liability
Faults reported within 14 days may qualify for replacement or refund.
The standard warranty is a 1-year parts-only warranty.
Where purchased, an extended 2-year parts-only warranty will apply. This will appear on the invoice as “2 year warranty”.
Labour and engineer costs are not included under any warranty.
Customers must appoint a qualified engineer to diagnose faults and provide a report within 30 days.
Claims without proper documentation will be rejected.
The manufacturer may require defective parts to be returned. Failure to do so will result in charges.
Lead times for parts may vary (typically 3–4 weeks).
Back-to-base warranty may apply. If no fault is found or the product is poorly maintained, all costs will be charged to the customer.
Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, consumables, glass damage, and gas refilling.
B-grade items include a 60-day parts warranty and are non-refundable.
Quatrone (AAM Appliances Ltd) is not liable for loss of profit or business interruption.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment fails.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
13. Website Usage
Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
14. Age Requirement
Customers must be at least 16 years old.
15. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party information.
