Return Item Request

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging (including any pallet).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Administration fee: £60 + VAT (pallet) or £14 + VAT (parcel under 30kg).
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refunds are only processed once goods are received and inspected.

Important

Do not arrange your return until you have received a Return Authorisation (RA) and a return address from us. We do not accept returns at our head office.
