These products must be installed by suitably qualified professionals. We may request an installation or commissioning report when assessing your claim.
The warranty does not cover labour, installation, call-out charges, engineer fees, consumables, broken glass, gas/refrigerant recharging, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or faults caused by site conditions.
All warranty claims require a qualified engineer's report at your expense. The report must be on company letterhead, include the fault diagnosis, engineer details, and supporting photographs where applicable, and be submitted within 30 days of reporting the fault.
