Standard: 12 months (parts only)
Extended: 24 months (where applicable)
B-Grade: 30-day parts-only warranty

These products must be installed by suitably qualified professionals. We may request an installation or commissioning report when assessing your claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover labour, installation, call-out charges, engineer fees, consumables, broken glass, gas/refrigerant recharging, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or faults caused by site conditions.

Engineer's Report

All warranty claims require a qualified engineer's report at your expense. The report must be on company letterhead, include the fault diagnosis, engineer details, and supporting photographs where applicable, and be submitted within 30 days of reporting the fault.

Claims that do not meet these requirements or fall outside the warranty terms may be rejected.

I acknowledge that if the engineer finds the fault is due to incorrect use, lack of cleaning, incorrect installation, or any failure to comply with supplied instructions — and no manufacturer fault is found — I am responsible for paying any engineer charges.
