Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays). If you order before 11:00am, we'll dispatch your item the same working day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 11:00am are dispatched the next working day, arriving the following working day. Standard delivery on most orders takes 3–5 working days, and you'll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details once dispatched.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, and are kerbside only — our driver will unload your order outside your property or business but cannot carry goods inside, unpack, or install them. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and help move large or heavy items if needed. We recommend waiting until your order has arrived and been checked before booking any installers or engineers.
